And because we manufacture our Distilled Water from scratch, we have total control over the entire water distillation system. As a Water Distiller we realise that the quality of the ‘raw water’ used in the distillation process is of great importance and will affect the quality of the end product. This is why we use our own Deionized Water, produced in-house, as the 'raw material' in our water distillation process. The Deionized Water (also known as Demineralised Water) that we use for our distillation process is produced in-house using our state-of-the art deionisation plant. Deionised Water is manufactured by using an Ion Exchange system whereby raw water is passed through beds of porous resin. As the water passes through the beds, the Ions in the water exchange with the Ions in the resin beds. Positive and negative Ions are neutralized by using an acid and a base product. The process provides neutral conditions with positive and negative Ions netralised and the resulting liquid is known as Deionized or Demineralised Water. As a Water Distiller we are able to offer a variety of pack sizes to suit individual requirements and we are pleased to offer generous discounts for bulk orders. We offer Distilled Water for sale in 5 litre and 25 litre jerricans, the latter being supplied with a tap for ease of use. We also supply 1,000 litre Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) for those customers who require Distilled Water for industry at the most competitive price.
