To manufacture Distilled Water UK we take Deionized Water which we have produced in-house via our deionization plant. This water is then placed in a vessel and heated until boiling. As it boils, it produced water vapour or steam. The steam is collected in a separate vessel. The steam is then cooled, condensed and return to a liquid state. This resultant liquid is known as Distilled Water. The Distilled Water production process is time-consuming and this is one of the reasons why Distilled Water is more expensive to produce than Deionized Water. Please be sure that when you purchase Distilled Water, that you are buying the right product – some unscrupulous suppliers without our depth of knowledge and experience, might try to sell Deionized Water as Distilled Water.
