The distillation process is one of the oldest ways in which pure water has been obtained over the centuries.  Water is heated in a vessel until it boils and produces water vapour or steam.  This water vapour is collected in another container, cooled and condensed.  What is left is a clear colourless liquid, pure Distilled Water with virtually no trace elements, metals or mineral deposits.  These impurities have been left behind on the sides of the original heating vessel.  All equipment is thoroughly and rigorously cleaned to ensure that the equipment used is spotless.
