We use Deionized Water in our distillation process which means that the quality of our finished Distilled Water is extremely high with almost no impurities.  We produce the Deionized Water we use in-house and all our Distilled Water in made in our own premises so we have total control over the quality, packing, labelling and transport of finished goods.  We adhere to all current legislation including Health and Safety, ADR and CHIP Regulations and are currently working towards the new CLP and GHS Regulations which come into force on 1 December 2010.  We are accredited to ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and work in accordance with its stringent requirements.  Additionally, we operate in an environmentally responsible way and are expecting to receive full accreditation to ISO 14001 Environmental Standard within a matter of weeks.  We are also pleased to be a recognised Investor in People (IIP) and proud of the loyal and hard-working staff who are crucial to the success of our company.

The process of distillation is one of the oldest methods of producing pure water and minimising contaminants.  Tap Water often contains trace elements, metals, ions and minerals.  To remove these impurities, water is heated in a vessel until water vapour appears.  This water vapour is collected in a separate container, cooled and condensed.  As the water vapour cools, it return to liquid state and this liquid is known as Distilled Water.
