| Making A Purchase Our Terms and Conditions are listed below. The seller accepts orders and supplies goods on the basis that these Terms and Conditions are accepted by the buyer. The sellers products are not intended for human or animal consumption, unless otherwise stated, nor are they intended for use in the preparation of food or medicines. The buyer is responsible for downloading or requesting Material Safety Data Sheets on products purchased online. Owing to the nature of the products offered for sale by the seller, legislation may restrict supply to individuals. The seller works closely with the Home Office, HM Customs and Excise and the Police to ensure that its products are used appropriately. The seller reserves the right to report any suspicious request for goods or services to the relevant authority. The information contained in the sellers literature is subject to alteration without notification. However, at the sellers discretion, the buyer shall be notified of any significant price changes or product specification changes before dispatch. It is the responsibility of the buyer to satisfy himself that any product purchased is suitable for its intended use. The seller is not responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by any incorrect handling or use of such products. By purchasing the product, the buyer agrees that all substances will be handled by competent persons and in a safe manner. The seller is not responsible for the applications of any product once it has left the sellers premises. Goods may be delivered by a third party courier. Whilst the seller endeavours to ensure that all goods are delivered on time, the seller is not responsible for goods once they have left the sellers premises. Receipt of goods will be acknowledged by a delivery note which the buyer shall agree to sign. The buyer may note any loss, damage or shortfall on the delivery note. Formal notice of such loss, damage or shortfall must be made in writing within three days. The seller will not consider a claim unless this requirement has been met. The seller shall not be liable for any claim based on defective goods supplies, in excess of the value of the said goods. The seller reserves the right to ask for payment in advance from customers with an account. Customers without an established trading history must pay for goods in advance or dispatch. Customers wishing to open an account must provide the names and addressed or two trade references, in addition to a bankers reference. The seller reserves the right to refuse an application for credit. The buyer agrees to opt in to any mailing lists used by the seller. The buyer may unsubscribe to this at any time by advising the seller accordingly. Pictures may differ from the actual product or packaging shown in images and we reserve the right to substitute a product or its packaging. |
| Returns Policy Procedure for Return of Unsuitable or Damaged Goods Unsuitable or damaged goods may be returned to the seller once the buyer has had such a return authorised by the seller. However, some goods cannot be returned. These include:- Chemical containers which have been opened after leaving the sellers warehouse Items which are no longer in the sellers product range Any produce which has been specifically sourced for a particular customer Any product whose shelf life has expired Any product whose limited shelf life renders that produce unsuitable for resale Any produce which has been supplied by a third party The seller must be notified within 10 days of delivery date if any product has been incorrectly supplied. The seller must be notified within 10 days of delivery date if any product has been damaged in transit. Unsuitable or damaged goods will be exchanged for suitable items where possible or a refund will be offered. The buyer shall be responsible for reporting within 28 days of delivery date any product which do not meet the stated specification. The seller reserves the right to charge a 10% of order value handling fee, subject to a minimum charge of £30, for any returns which do not fall into the above categories. The buyer shall return unsuitable or damaged goods by registered delivery service or by the sellers own vehicle within the local area. The buyer shall return unsuitable or damaged goods in accordance with ADR Regulations, where appropriate. The seller reserves the right to repair a returned product in order to fulfil its supply requirement. This does not affect the legal rights of the buyer. |
