To produce our Distilled Bottled water, we have an in-house distillation process. The process of distillation is one of the oldest methods of producing pure clean water free from trace elements and minerals and further information can be found on the webpage ‘Distilled Water History’. To begin our distillation process, we take our own in-house produced Deionized Water as a raw water material. This Deionized Water is already of a very high standard as it has been through our deionisation plant. It is then heated until it produces water vapour or steam. This is collected in a separate container, cooled and condensed to produce pure Distilled Water. This natural process mimics the production of rainwater in Nature and it does not rely on the use of any chemicals, additives or preservatives. Once tested, our Distilled Bottled Water is place in high density polyethylene (HDPE) containers and dispatched to customers via our own vehicles or with an approved carrier. All packing, labelling and transport is carried out in accordance with current Health and Safety legislation and in accordance with ADR and CLP Regulations. We are currently working towards the new GHS and CHP requirements which will become law on 1 December 2010.
