The quality and content of much Bottled Water generally available can vary tremendously depending on the water used.  For example, Natural Spring Water bottled at source will contain many trace and mineral elements found in the rock through which it travels on its way to the surface.  Natural Spring Water is often referred to as natural Mineral Water and is basically groundwater that has come out of the ground and travelled over rocks.  This water often contains naturally occurring minerals and trace elements.  Strict legislation governs the labelling of Natural Spring Water and Natural Mineral Water.  Some Natural Spring Water is carbonated to make it 'fizzy' but again this must be clearly labelled on the bottle.
